Return Conditions
Returns must be registered within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please make sure your order number is included with your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you create a return label through our returns portal, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once we have received and inspected your return, the remaining purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different color or variant? Please register your return through our returns portal first. Once we have received and processed your return, we can send you the desired item, subject to availability.

Delivery time depends on your location within Europe and typically ranges between 1 to 5 working days.
We believe in the quality of our diaper bags and want you to use them with peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects.
If something goes wrong within that period due to a production or material issue, we’ll gladly resolve it for you. Depending on the defect, we will provide a repair or replacement.
The warranty covers issues such as problems with zippers, seams, or accessories that fail under normal use. Damage caused by intensive or improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors such as water damage is not covered.
Do you have a problem with your bag? Please feel free to contact our customer service. Preferably include your proof of purchase and a photo of the defect, so we can assist you quickly and efficiently.

Yes, that is definitely possible. You can add up to 2 large letters and 5 small letters on the bag tag. This can be selected on the product page under the “personalization” section. The cost is €19
Orders shipped to a country outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, local VAT and/or customs fees upon arrival.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the price on our website or in the shipping costs. Any import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually charged by the carrier or local customs authorities before or upon delivery.
The amount of these charges varies by country and depends on factors such as the value of the order and local regulations. Unfortunately, Maeva Belle has no control over these charges and cannot guarantee in advance how much you may be required to pay.
If you are unsure, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
Please note: Refusing a parcel due to import charges does not automatically mean that these charges will be waived. Any return shipping, import or administrative costs incurred as a result may be deducted from your refund.
