Delivery time depends on your location within Europe and typically ranges between 1 to 5 working days.

We believe in the quality of our diaper bags and want you to use them with peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects.

If something goes wrong within that period due to a production or material issue, we’ll gladly resolve it for you. Depending on the defect, we will provide a repair or replacement.

The warranty covers issues such as problems with zippers, seams, or accessories that fail under normal use. Damage caused by intensive or improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors such as water damage is not covered.

Do you have a problem with your bag? Please feel free to contact our customer service. Preferably include your proof of purchase and a photo of the defect, so we can assist you quickly and efficiently.

Yes, that is definitely possible. You can add up to 2 large letters and 5 small letters on the bag tag. This can be selected on the product page under the “personalization” section. The cost is €19
