Not completely satisfied? Don't worry, at MAEVA BELLE we understand. You can return your product to us within 14 days of receipt. Follow these simple steps to register and submit your return.

Packaging

  • Pack the products in their original condition and packaging unopened.

Dispatch

  • Take the package to your nearest post office. Don't forget to keep your proof of postage as proof of your return.


Refund

We'll ensure a prompt refund within 14 days of receiving your return. You'll receive a full refund.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. If there are any issues, we will contact you immediately. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Here are some simple steps to make your return go smoothly:

  • Complete Articles: Please ensure all items are complete.
  • Original Packaging: The items must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Attach Documents: Add the copy of the invoice and the completed return form to your package.
  • Careful Packing: To prevent damage during transport, it's important to pack your items properly. You can use the original box to reduce waste.
  • Clear Address Label: Make sure the address label is clearly legible on the outside of the package.
  • Keep proof of shipment: Take the package to a post office of your choice. Keep the shipping receipt; it serves as proof of postage.
  • Handling: You'll automatically receive a notification from us once your return has been processed. If you haven't received a notification after 14 days, please contact our customer service.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Do you offer a first-order discount?

If you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll receive €10 off your first order.

Is the bag delivered with any accessories?

Yes—the bag comes with stroller attachment straps, a shoulder strap, and straps to convert the bag into a backpack.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes! You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.

How can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Maeva Belle. If the item isn’t quite what you were looking for, please let us know—we’re happy to help! Maeva Belle accepts returns of unworn, unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. Start your return request by emailing us at info@maevabelle.com

How long is the delivery time?

If you place your order before 4:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.

Is there a warranty on the bag?

We believe in the quality of our diaper bags and want you to use yours with complete peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong within that period due to a production or material issue, we’ll make it right. Depending on the defect, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.

The warranty covers, for example, issues with zippers, stitching, or accessories that fail under normal use. Damage caused by intensive or improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors such as water damage is not covered.

Having a problem with your bag? Please contact our customer service. If possible, include your proof of purchase and a photo of the defect so we can assist you quickly.

What if I received a damaged or missing item in my order?

Which shipping providers do you ship with?

We ship with PostNL and DHL.

Can I also personalize my diaper bag with initials?

That’s definitely possible—up to 5 letters. You can specify this on the product page under the “Personalize” section. The cost is €19.
