Does the bag also come with extras?

Yes, the bag also comes with stroller straps, a shoulder strap, and straps to convert the bag into a backpack.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes! You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How can I return or exchange my order?

Conditions:

Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging
Always include the return form in your parcel
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds are processed via the original payment method
After receiving and inspecting your return, it may take a few working days for the refund to appear

Exchanges:

Would you like to exchange an item for a different color or variant? Please first register your return via email at info@maevabelle.com. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that the desired item is sent to you (if in stock).

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on your location within Europe and typically ranges between 1 to 5 working days.

Is there a warranty on the bag?

We believe in the quality of our diaper bags and want you to use them with peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects.

If something goes wrong within that period due to a production or material issue, we’ll gladly resolve it for you. Depending on the defect, we will provide a repair or replacement.

The warranty covers issues such as problems with zippers, seams, or accessories that fail under normal use. Damage caused by intensive or improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors such as water damage is not covered.

Do you have a problem with your bag? Please feel free to contact our customer service. Preferably include your proof of purchase and a photo of the defect, so we can assist you quickly and efficiently.

Which delivery services do you use?

We use PostNL and DHL for our deliveries

Can I personalize my diaper bag with initials?

Yes, that is definitely possible. You can add up to 2 large letters and 5 small letters on the bag tag. This can be selected on the product page under the “personalization” section. The cost is €19
