I've been using the Maeva Belle bag for about a month and a half now, and since the arrival of my third child, I've gone through quite a few diaper bags—but this one is by far my favorite. Leider habe ich bis heute keine Ahnung wo mein Paket ist. Natürlich bezahlt und warte nun seit mehreren Wochen und werde per Mail immer wieder vertröstet das das Paket unterwegs ist… grauenvoller Service. Denke ist eine Scheinfirma und versendet gar keine Pakete, ansonsten würde ich einen anderen Service erwarten.

Leider sehr enttäuschend
Ich habe am 14. August eine Tasche bestellt. Bei der Bestellung wurde eine Lieferzeit von maximal 2-3 tage angegeben. Nachdem ich nachgefragt habe, wurde mir nun mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung erst am 15. September verschickt werden soll.
Das finde ich absolut nicht akzeptabel. Fast einen Monat auf den Versand zu warten, obwohl ursprünglich eine deutlich kürzere Lieferzeit angegeben wurde, ist für mich keine faire Kommunikation gegenüber Kunden.
Ich habe deshalb meine Bestellung storniert. Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass ich erst selbst nachfragen musste, um überhaupt zu erfahren, dass sich die Lieferung so massiv verzögert.
Für mich war das definitiv die erste und letzte Bestellung bei Maevabelle. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass Lieferzeiten ehrlich und realistisch angegeben werden und Kunden bei solchen Verzögerungen von selbst informiert werden.

Die Tasche ist wunderschön und bietet viel Stauraum. Leider gibt es einen kleinen Minuspunkt: Das Innere der Tasche riecht leider sehr unangenehm. Ich hoffe, dass der Geruch mit der Zeit verschwindet.

Die Tasche sieht super aus und ist echt praktisch!
1 Stern abzug, da die Tasche nach dem Ankommen furchtbar gestunken hat, musste sie 3 Tage auf dem Balkon auslüften lassen.
Die Tasche bietet so viel Stauraum und sieht trotzdem noch so elegant aus.
Es passt einfach wirklich alles in die Tasche.
