Special products: Specific cleaning and care products for vegan leather are available, which can help extend the life of the material.

If something does go wrong during this period due to a production or material issue, we will be happy to resolve it for you. Depending on the defect, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund.
The warranty covers issues such as zippers, seams, or accessories that break during normal use. Damage caused by intensive or improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors such as water damage is not covered.
